• Orders containing multiple items may have different shipment dates. EX ( pre-order vs in stock item) or items with different shipment dates if you choose multiple pre-orders.
• Returns are generally accepted after 30 days of receipt. However, be sure to read the returns policy before making a return to understand the process and requirements. Returns policy
• Wanna cancel a pre-order? No problem! It will take a few days or longer depending on your bank and how you paid, but it should generally take 7 business days to handle! Each bank is different though. Just be sure to cancel before the item ships. Cancellations after item shipment won't be accepted. At that point you will have to go through the return process instead.
