  • Wanna cancel a pre-order? No problem! It will take a few days or longer depending on your bank and how you paid, but it should generally take 7 business days to handle! Each bank is different though. Just be sure to cancel before the item ships. Cancellations after item shipment won't be accepted. At that point you will have to go through the return process instead.
